Caliber Collision did an amazing job on restoring my car and I couldn't be happier with the outcome as well as the level of expertise and customer service I experienced at this location. I received excellent information and communication throughout the process. My questions and concerns were addressed thoughtfully and in a timely manner. I am so glad I decided to go with this shop and I highly recommend them if you need body work done.

Here at Caliber Collison they really do an excellent job! Had to bring my car in for a fix after I was rear ended and I received help as soon as I walked in. Chas was awesome! Not only was he super nice and professional, he was very caring and knowledgeable. You can tell he wants what is best for customers. He explained the process in how to speak with the insurance company to get started with the project. The best part, my car was done quicker than the estimated time he told me. My car looks good as new. Thank you Chas!

After my accident, my vehicle was transported to Caliber in Ft. Myers. My Wife, Victoria, mainly spoke with Chas. He worked with us every step of the way and kept us informed at all times. All of the staff was also excellent and great to work with. The end result was absolutely impeccable. Wanted to give an extra comment regarding Chas: Outstanding Work & Customer Service. We both Thank You for Everything~ We would without hesitation highly recommend Caliber Collision for any repair. William & Victoria~ Naples, FL
